The Studierndenwerk 明升体育 offer German and international students housing with affordable all-inclusive rent prices at our?26 residence halls, which can cater to 4.400 people. There are many different residential options, ranging from rooms in shared accommodation, to studio and 1-bedroom apartments. Residents share a kitchen, recreation room and bathroom facilities.

The student dormitory "Haus Bauhütte" is owned by the Haus Bauhütte Foundation founded in 1959 and is financially supported by the Free and Hanseatic City of 明升体育. The purpose of the foundation was and is to provide students of architecture with affordable housing - for this reason, HCU students are given priority.
